I have the honor and pleasure of sharing a birthday with Dawn. Now, I wouldn't normally put a post on my blog for my own birthday, but that is just one of the many perks of being a twin. Here are some other twin bonuses (not so much now, but when we were younger):
--You have double the clothes.
--Always someone to hang out with.
--Double the friends at birthday parties.
--Cool nicknames such as: Danadawn(all one word), Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb (I was most definitely the Dee), and last but not least, Hound and Whine(I think Dawn was both of those, I got grouped in with her a lot!)
--We got to confuse people(mostly grandma Beckstead-this still works!)
Anyway, there are many others, but I don't want to turn this into a novel.

Happy Birthday to both of you. If I remember right, Aunt Jill made that cake and that big yellow patch of frosting (in the bottom left) was to cover up where one of you had destroyed the cake. Have a great day.
