After 3 days of non-stop house, apartment, town house and condo searching we finally found a house that had everything we wanted. It is in a circle and the neighbors are all very friendly. It also helps that there are two police officers that live on our street. There are only two things that would make it even better:
1. Our things! We have been living without any of our things for a week and a half. We were hoping to get our things early, but we called and the driver only left Utah a couple of days ago. We should be getting our things on Tuesday and I think it will make life a little easier.
2. Less air traffic! We are minutes from Eglin Airforce Base and Okaloose Regional Airport. We get all of the airplanes for both locations flying right over our house. The neighbors have told us that we will eventually get used to it. Hopefully that happens sooner than later.
No furniture and meals on the floor!
The kids love the empty cupboards!!

We hope your stuff gets there SOON!! It looks like you guys are making the most of the situation...especially the kids! Post more pictures of the house when you get it all together...or sooner!
I can personally attest to the fact that you do get used to the sound. :) Glad you made it and I hope your stuff gets there soon, because that is no fun living with barely anything (again, personal experience! ;))
