Today we went for a drive to Tybee Island. It is about and hour away, just east of Savannah. We already miss the white, sandy beach in Florida, but at least we have a beach close by. It was a cloudy day, but there were still a lot of people at the beach--it must be crazy in the middle of summer.

Can't wait to come to the beach...even if it isn't white! I'm already counting down to the trip and it's 6 1/2 months away! Cross your fingers and pray I get a few more weddings this year!

Boy the kids are really growing up. Lots of fun watching them. Looking forward to May to spend a day or so with them.
Uncle Jeff deployed from Fort Stewart but before he did, he had a 4 day pass and we stayed on Tybee Island. Your pictures brought back some fond memories. Thanks for sharing!
