Washington D.C.

We spent a couple of days in Washington D.C. over President's Day weekend. The first day there was very busy so we stayed outside most of the day. On our second day we spent more time at the museums. Here are a just a few of the pictures that we took.
Waiting for the Metro. It think that this was Dylan's favorite part!
Dylan and Rob having a good time on the Metro!

The White House (Dylan was entertained by all the squirrels playing on the lawns)

The Smithsonian Castle
(When we first walked past this statue Rob asked me if I knew who it was. I told him no and thought to myself, "Wow! Rob is so smart! He knows so much!" He then told me that it was Dave Smithsonian. My next thought was, "Wow! I married a total idiot!" Rob was laughing so hard he was crying!)

The Natural History Museum

The Air and Space Museum

The Lincoln Memorial

Arlington National Cemetary

The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington
We had such an awesome time and would love to go back someday!!
